Our Story

In 1995, three young craftsmen in their early twenties, while working their secondjob, stumbled across an idea that each of them believed would be a winner. Tragically, one of these young partners was lost. The loss of life, marriage, and family resulted in the separation of the remaining two partners for a number of years.

Each partner keeps a copy of the game for himself to share with others. Each partner watches friends and extended family enjoy the game. Each partner independently being asked, “where can I get this?” and had to answer, “you can’t”, which inspired the partners to wonder all those years… “Should we try and produce this?”

Then, as fate would have it, Chris Dye and Jason Pruett would reconnect via the power of the Internet, and essentially pick up right where they left off! Still not exactly sure of how to approach the project, the two partners continued for the next few years, chipping away at the early stages of research and development and trying to educate themselves about how this type of business might work. But it wouldn’t be until the dawn of 2020 that fate would turn its hand again.

In January 2020 Jason and Rebekah Pruett sold their home of sixteen years, packed up their R.V. and headed west to be closer to clients within their industry of television, film, and corporate advertising. A couple of quick months across the country, seeing sights and visiting friends, then back to work to make up for lost time.

And then Covid hit! Industries were shut down, campgrounds were closed, and Jason and Rebekah were stuck in the desert for more than four months.

Meanwhile, back east in Tennessee, Chris and Kim Dye were dealing with their own COVID-related industry issues. Through conversation with each other and business associates, the partners decided that if ever there was a time to present this concept to the world, it was now!

With that, Jason and Rebekah packed up the RV again, this time heading north to Washington State to begin what would end up being a roller coaster ride of due diligence to explore the concept's market potential. The rest is the future!

After too many years of delay Chris, Jason, and the family at “Gravity Manufacturing

Inc.” are proud to present to you ---the game "Gravity.”
